What is the size of the room you want to heat?

OFENTYPENTEST Raumgroesse

Each stove is tested for nominal heating power ("normal heating output") to determine the room heating capacity. Important: small enclosed spaces can become quickly overheated. Apart from stoves with low nominal heating power, operating a supposedly oversized stove with a partial load (preferably with automatically controlled burn rate) is also possible. You can find more information about "oversizing" in the FAQs and in the blog.

Would you like to heat several rooms with your stove?

OFENTYPENTEST Mehrere Raeume

Depending on the model, RIKA stoves can heat up to 3 rooms simultaneously: RIKA MULTIAIR transports the air heated by the stove via connecting ducts into up to two further rooms which are then heated with the convection air.

What does your favourite flame pattern look like?

OFENTYPENTEST Flammenbild

Depending on the stove type, you can enjoy a traditional open fire or a beautiful, uniform fire pattern.

Do you want to clearly hear the fire crackling or should your stove operate very quietly?

OFENTYPENTEST Lautstaerke

Wood-burning stoves are characterised by the typical crackling of the logs, while pellet stoves operate extremely quietly.

Should the fuel be added manually or automatically?

OFENTYPENTEST Brennstoffzufuhr

In heating mode, logs must be replenished manually, while pellets are fed automatically.
